At your initial visit to Yvollanda's, we will request that you complete a form with essential information about you and your needs. We appreciate your cooperation.
Spa Etiquette
Yvollanda’s Spa & Beauty Salon is pleasant place in Bangalore for relaxation and rejuvenation. To maintain this environment, we ask that all of our guests are respectful of others’ privacy. Kindly speak softly, and deactivate any communication devices, such as cell phones or pagers.
What to Wear
Clients are provided with a robe, and slippers as well as lounge pants for added comfort visiting Yvollanda’s will also assign a locker to store your personal belongings. This locker will have a lock with a key. During your treatment, it is recommended that you experience body services with limited clothing; bottom underwear, except, if you choose. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure a level of decorum by appropriately draping areas of your body that are not a focus of the treatment.
Appropriate Arrival Time
If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment to allow yourself time to register change into your robe, and relax and unwind. If this is not your first visit please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
Late Arrival Time
If a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the receptionist when possible. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your personal service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.
Canceling A Reservation
We request that all guests using the spa provide at least a 4-hour cancellation notice. If less than 4 hours notice is given, a service charge will be charged.
Treatment Selection
A full menu of treatment offerings is listed on our web site and in our menu. If you would like assistance in choosing a service, we recommend calling the salon directly and speaking to one of our knowledgeable staff members. A discussion with our guest relations staff can help you decide between specific types of treatments offered depending on whether your goal is relaxation or more therapeutic in nature.
Special Health Considerations
If you have health concerns or are pregnant, please be sure to notify our staff when booking your treatment. Our guest relations staff can offer guidance as to which treatments will be the most beneficial and those that should be avoided due to physical limitations or sensitivity. Please also mention any delicate areas to your therapist before the massage begins.
Steam Time
Steam rooms are beneficial feature of the Yvollanda’s experience, but should always be used in moderation. Proper usage time will vary, but there are some general guidelines that most individuals who are in good health can follow. The wet heat of the steam room is effective in opening pores and awakening the respiratory system; for this, we recommend a 6-10 minute maximum timeframe.
Shaving
Generally, shaving is not recommended prior to any treatments or hair removal services. It is, however, recommended that men shave at least two hours prior to a facial treatment..
Personal Preferences
Whether it is the room temperature, your music choices or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences at the time of booking, or with your therapist so that he or she can make your time with us a special experience.
Therapist Gender
Please note that our Spa Policy caters to services by the same gender for full body massages, except for back, head, shoulder & foot massages, please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. However, we would like to note that all of our therapists are professionally trained and will offer you the highest standard of service and privacy with continuous consideration for your comfort level.
Gratuities
Our staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff member, or extended at the reception desk in either cash or on your charge card.

We accept most of the credit card like American Express, MasterCard and Visa and debit cards, as well as cash.
Gift Cards
You may purchase gift cards for a specific amount or an unlimited day of services. Gift Cards are available at the reception desk, through one of our phone reservationists or on line at www.yvollandas.com
Music
At
Yvollanda's, we can accommodate your musical interest by playing music during or prior to your treatment from our library of several thousand songs.
Age Minimum
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to experience treatment without parental guidance. If under 18, guests must be accompanied by a guardian and can only have treatments performed by therapists of the same gender.
Feedback
We welcome your input and insights – both positive and negative -- about your experience at Yvollanda’s. If for any reason your experience at Yvollanda’s has not met your expectations, we request that you speak with the Spa Director or Manager on Duty before leaving the facility. If unavailable, please feel free to call or email the Spa Director to discuss the issue at a later date.
